BOOKINGS
Appointments are one-on-one and booked back to back. Please arrive on time — late arrivals may result in a shorter service.
 

CANCELLATIONS 
48 hours’ notice is appreciated. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% fee. Missed/no-show appointments will be charged in full before rebooking.
 

HEALTH & WELLBEING 
For everyone’s safety, dogs must be up to date with flea/worm treatments and free from contagious conditions. Please toilet your dog before arrival and let us know of any health concerns.

PHOTOS 

We love sharing cute grooms! Photos may be taken for social media — let us know if you’d prefer otherwise.

DE-MATTING
We do not perform extensive de-matting. Severe matting will require shaving for your dog’s comfort and safety. Extra fees apply.

BEHAVIOUR 
Aggressive, highly stressed, or unsafe behaviour may result in the appointment being stopped, and charges may still apply, depending on the time spent.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE 

We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of repeated cancellations, unsafe behavior (from dogs or owners), or concerns regarding senior dogs.
